Lanier Construction has the general contracting resources to manage projects seamlessly from start-up to completion. In addition to our sub-contractor resources, we maintain an in-house staff of skilled craftsmen to allow us to self-perform work whenever appropriate to expedite a project.

Pre-Construction Services
Lanier Construction encourages active participation in the initial pre-construction phase of each project and provides input to optimize the value of each project through early planning and coordination.

Estimating
In addition to bid estimates, Lanier Construction provides budget estimates at various stages of construction to monitor the scope of each project with regard to the established project budget.

Scheduling
Project schedules are developed in-house through a combined effort of the Lanier Construction team resulting in a schedule each client can have confidence in.
